In return Aida requires a commitment from you, our client. Before any work is commenced we require a 50% deposit to secure our expert services. Once the job is complete the balance is required in full before you can take procession of the work we have supplied.

We reserve the right not to accept work without giving a reason, however we will do all we can to accommodate all new and existing customers to the very best of our ability.

There is an agreement form to be signed before work commences and both parties will have copies so we all know exactly where we stand throughout our working relationship.

The agreement will include the terms of our 'Money Back Guarantee' which of course may vary depending on the work that is required.
